The staff was great, the room was nice, my family and I have found our home away from home when we go back there.
The other reviews that was given was not good. I'm glad I did not listen and tried it my self.

The hotel was nice and we will stay again. It was close to everything we needed and far away from all the crows. I'm happy I did not listen to the rest of the reviews and tried it my self.

The swimming pool.
No cable, poor internet, faulty shower fixtures.

The pool area was excellent, but other than that the place was a dump. When turning on the hot water in the shower, the knob fell off in my hand and hot water was spraying out of the wall. Luckily, my child was not in the bath tub and I was able to put the knob back on and stop the leak. The "high speed" internet was slower than dial-up and constantly disconnected. The room had roaches and people loitered outside in the parking lot all night drinking alcohol. The breakfast food seemed like it had probably been left over from the previous couple days and just reheated. read more

The breakfast served.
Hotel cleanliness and quality.

The desk clerk was very short with everyone and not friendly. When checking in he mentioned that he hoped the room was clean. IT WAS NOT. We checked in at 8:30PM and left before going to the room to get something to eat. We returned and went to the room around 9:30. We were exhausted. When we went up to the room there was one poor maintenance man running around like crazy trying to fix everyone's complaints. The floor in our room had not been vacuumed in I don't know how long. There were chicken bones in the garbage. The bathroom door would not close. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall. The middle bed was broken so you could get sea sick. The plug in by the coffee maker would not work. It was absolutely horrible. I was very upset but my husband told me to make sure that we had clean sheets and we would leave first thing in the morning. He asked me not to say anything because he was to tired to have people in our room that late at night trying to clean it. So I honored his wish. That is why I am thankful to be writing to review. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, much less anyone else. read more

Price, location, fridge, microwave.
Towels were small, our cards for the doors never worked.

The location was great for what we wanted to do. But the towels were small and we had to keep going up front because our keys never wanted to work for our door. Also there were wood chips on our floor and hair in our bed that was not ours.

Nothing.
Everything.

As we arrived the outer appearance of the hotel was very poor and the appearance of the hotel personnel was also poor. Whenever we arrived to our room the appearance of the of the facilities was poor. If we had not booked this particular hotel online we would have moved to another hotel.

Nothing.
Dirty, run down, ghetto neighborhood, other guests were scary.

Upon first arriving I was not happy. The neighborhood seemed dangerous and the place looked dirty. They gave me the room size room on the rear side of the hotel that was poorly lit. I had to drag luggage up the stairs because the elevator didn't work. The heat was not working. I called the desk about the room and they switched it. I had to drag my luggage down the stairs. The other guests looked like gang members and were very loud. Pot smoke was seeping under the door from the next room. We left immediately in the morning.

The location was horrible and the bed was like a U shape due to it was so worn out.

I would not stay here we choose due to being a Day Inn name but it did not rank up there with other Days Inn.
