Great location, room had nice amenities, classy place!
The room was a bit small & the noise of the city during the night.

My husband and I were thrilled at the hotel we booked through priceline.com. It exceeded our expectations - especially for the great rate we landed! Would definitely love to stay at this hotel again. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets & pillows, classy hotel.

Location in Chicago and the bed was great for sleeping.
The computers for travelers/businessmen were inoperable.

One of the best of the best. Location, Chicago was great from the Marriott.

Room was very small. Hidden charges (Internet). Valet service poor.

Chicago Marriott Downtown is a beautiful hotel with a extremely convenient location. We walked almost everywhere (including Sears Tower). The concierge was extremely helpful with selecting lunch and dinner locations and made the reservations for us. The room was very small but for the price I was willing to overlook the size. The Internet connection isn't wireless and costs 15 dollars a day which was quite inconvenient for a hotel of this standing. read more

It was convenient to the downtown area of Chicago.
The room was smaller than I would have liked.

The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean. Room service was prompt and courteous. Check in was a breeze when I arrived! The EL stop was further away than I anticipated.
