Nothing. Oh God this was the worst place I have ever stayed in, including hostels and cheap motels.
Everything. The place is really bad, beds and towels gave me rashes. I was scratching myself the whole of the next day.
Nothing in this hotel works. The place is a complete dump. Please steer clear of this place. I have stayed in cheap hotels all my life. This is the worst ever. Please don't book this place. Go spend another $20.00 elsewhere. You won't regret it, please don't book here.

I am handicapped with cerebral palsy and that was recognized although I called ahead of time to pre-warn that I walk with 2 crutches.
The management was very nasty because I walked on crutches and I did call ahead to tell them. Not sufficient pick up. I could not get into the large van delivered to pick me up. The experience was terrible not understanding of my situation at all.

24 hour hotel van.
No toothpaste, breakfast lacking, bed too soft.
Definitely worth the Priceline price. Satisfied and will stay here again.

Close to the airport.
OK for a place to lay your head down for a night but nothing special. Breakfast is just a few dough nuts and some coffee.

It was better than the reviews.
Lack of amenities, holes in the sheets/blankets. small not "king" as described.
If you want it cheap and you want to be the one who takes care of yourself then this is the place. I'd stay here again for the budget but definitely not the location.

The desk clerk didn't mind reprogramming our door cards every single night.
That we did have to have our door card reprogrammed every night.
A reasonable cost for a motel room in the Chicago area. It was far from most of the places we wanted to go, but to be close to those places would of been very costly. As our usual vacations were lighthouse hunting along the Michigan coasts, we usually just want a place to lay our heads. This place was it. The restaurant had closed down permanently in April, and the toilet plumbing leaked when you flushed. I'm not sure how much longer the place will be open under current management. All in all though, we had a good time in Chicago. read more

Cheap and comfortable bed.
The restaurant had been closed for months. Also they no longer offered coffee pots, microwaves or fridges in any rooms. The halls were pretty dirty and several light fixtures were broken and just hanging from the wiring. Staff was pretty indifferent and didn't really make any effort to be friendly. Overall the room was nice. There was no remote for the TV, which seems very odd. Also the door didn't latch if you just let it shut on its own, you had to pull it shut to make sure it latched properly, which is kind of scary in a Chicago adjacent location. Also the only beverage machine was out of order, which we found out after asking where it was, by walking all the way to it and reading the sign. The staff couldn't be bothered to tell us that and save us the trip. read more

The shuttle service is free, if you're ok with a rusted out van.
Everything,
This hotel is horrible. The lobby is the only nice area of this hotel. The shuttle van is a rusted old creepy van, the only good thing is its free and it runs every half hour. The area this hotel is located in is not the nicest either. Our shower did not work... the AC did not work.
