""Circa39 Hotel is located in vibrant Miami Beach and opened in March of 2004. The Hotel maintains its Art Deco roots with a revived sense of modern day comforts. Just steps from Miami Beach's spectacular shoreline, Circa39 is situated on Collins Avenue close to all the South Beach action yet far enough away from it that you will sleep like an angel.

Circa 39 offers 82 rooms. All rooms are calm and soothing with crisp white and light blue linens and contempory furniture. Amenities include dual phone lines, expanded cable, hair dryers, iron & ironing boards, COMPLIMENTARY high speed internet access in room and wireless in the lobby, Bistro, PLAY Bar & Lounge, in room safes and relaxing pool deck with chaise lounges and outdoor beds for the ultimate tanning experience. In addition there is a 500 Square Foot Meeting Room, Think Tank, for our corporate friends. read more

Very close to the beach. Room was clean. Bed was REALLY comfortable.
Wasn't told beforehand about the $17.00 to park and $9.95 per person for use of the pool, fitness center and breakfast.

The hotel lobby and room were really cool.

Everything is nice and clean, but you wouldn't mistake it for new. They've added nice touches like a quality TV and modern furniture to the rooms, which helps to justify the moderate price. And the location is good, if you're not willing to pay for South beach, which I wasn't.

Location to ocean, staff very helpful & nice.
Given an inflatable bed that was wet, had to ask for a dry one.

Small room but great closet! Good for staying on your way to your final destination.
