Friendly service, good restaurant advice, fresh cookies.
Room corridor painted a horrific color, accentuated with glaring fluorescent lighting.

The room was very large and the beds where really comfortable. They gave you complementary snacks and bottled water in the room. It was a nice touch.
The carpet. There where large stains and it was old and worn. It made the whole room appear dirty.
The location and parking where convenient. The lobby was nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again on a future business trip.

Large, clean room and bathroom, good complimentary breakfast.
The heating unit woke us up every 10-15 minutes sounded like a jet plane in the room.
We won't return.

Nice, friendly staff; good breakfast.
Carpets in room, though clean, looked old and tired.

Staff, breakfast, computers with printer, quiet and beautiful countryside.
The directions to the hotel you offered took us out of the way to get there. There was a faster way. Too far from Boston.
At the time we stayed, there were no large parties staying, so it was very quiet. Had everything we needed. The staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. I loved the fruit and tea available at all hours. Breakfast was great since it included hot foods with protein i.e.: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes. I also needed to use the computer and print my airline boarding passes. They have two computers in the lobby. If you need to be in Boston early, there is a lot of traffic going past the hotel in the am on the single lane highway.

Amenities are great. Staff friendliness outranks any I've stayed at recently.
Walls transmit sounds well.
Great place to get away. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great amenities. Good country location to just get away - close to Concord, Lexington and a host of cool places, like Walden Pond.

Convenient location, walking distance to a good restaurant, breakfast included.
Outside temp 43 degree but A/C in hall was still turned up very high without reason! Higher fuel costs passed on to us consumers! Turn down the A/C!
Staff need to be trained to monitor AC/heat systems. As mentioned, even though the outside temperature was below 50, the A/C still ran on high 24/7 in the halls. It not only was cold, but was wasteful economically. We consumers pay these costs in the rate increases passed on to us. Please train staff with a sensible policy around the HAC systems. Thanks!

Service, friendliness, nice touches in room.
Thin walls, can hear everything in rooms around you, no light over shower.
This hotel, although nice, is old and the walls are thin so that you can hear everyone around you. There was no light over the shower which made it very dark in there. They provided a water and a couple snacks in the room and I thought that was a nice touch. Breakfast smelled wonderful but unfortunately did not have the time to eat. The service and friendliness on arrival was great. read more
