Friendly staff, great TV channels, A/C worked well.
Location, exterior run down, carpet old.
Ok for one overnight but would not stay here longer. Very nice staff and room was adequate. Decent work out room too. Convenient to airport but not an area I could walk in or feel comfortable after dark. Very few nearby amenities.

It was convenient location easy to find.
Breakfast was disgusting powdered nasty eggs.
Wallpaper was peeling, the shower leaked a lot after it was turned off, it the rugs looked grimy.
I was excited when they told us at the desk that there would be a hot breakfast. I cannot even begin to describe the way those powdered eggs tasted.

The breakfast was good and the workers were friendly and helpful.
The room smelled, the carpet was damp, the shower was dirty.
The room smelled funny, the carpet was damp, and there was dirt in the shower. The toilet also leaked a little. Even with our low expectations we were still disappointed with our room. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also good.

The shower head was for someone 5 foot 1.
For the price I expected a bit more, and was sorely disappointed. Two lights in our room didn't work, there were rust stains in the bathroom, they took away our towels but didn't replace them the second night, the outside side door wasn't closed (meaning anyone could walk in), and the whole place felt like it hadn't been renovated since it was built in 1985.

Shuttle from airport was prompt and courteous.
Ceiling plaster falling in room and bathroom, floor not vacuumed.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the room for the dollar amount spent. Poor housekeeping and maintenance of facility. Wallpaper peeling in the closet, with large amount of mold. Smoking room, had to ask for ashtrays. Carpet soiled and public areas dirty. Would not go there again.

About the only thing I did like was the fact that there was a fridge & micro in room.
My room bolt lock didn't work, cricket's chirping all night long, ants in the pool area, no towels at pool, staff person at pool VERY RUDE.
I was not at impressed and was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. The dead bolt lock did not work in my room, there was no chain lock, and anyone that had a master key could have come in our room at any time. I travel with my 8-year-old daughter & this was a huge safety issue with me. In the bathroom, you could hear cricket's chirping all day & night long. I saw what appeared to be a cockroach in the bathroom; we had to have the bathroom door closed with a towel at the bottom of the door. My daughter was very scared that they might come out & get her; she wouldn't go to the bathroom in the room. The pool area was not kept up. There were ants all over the floor area. My daughter got bit by one that scared her; she didn't want to go to the pool anymore. There were no towels in the pool area. The staff person in the pool area, was VERY RUDE, he acted like it was such a big inconvenience for him to even be there. At one point he made the gesture of a gun and had it up to his head, which again frightened my daughter. The pool water was very cold; I even called before I made the reservation to make sure it was a heated pool. I did not feel it was heated at all.
