Room was very clean and attractive.
I choose this hotel specifically because of pool. After recent knee surgery wanted warm water to relax, the water was cold and there were no entry.

It was convenient location easy to find.
Breakfast was disgusting powdered nasty eggs.

Wallpaper was peeling, the shower leaked a lot after it was turned off, it the rugs looked grimy.
I was excited when they told us at the desk that there would be a hot breakfast. I cannot even begin to describe the way those powdered eggs tasted.

I paid for a night I could not use because of extenuating circumstances, no flexibility.

Front desk clerk was congenial & apologetic about poor condition of room.
Very dirty room - hair in sink and on pillow. Carpet badly soiled.

I liked the complimentary breakfast.
The maid service was way below par, there was no bathroom fan, and the toilet didn't flush well.

The Clarion's staff was friendly and helpful when communication took place, however, the room was pretty worn and cleanliness was not high on their list of priorities.

Pricing and location.
Customer service was not good, they were arguing at the front desk, this was between two staff members.

Overall I was disappointedly with the hotel, I have stayed at other Clarions and they have been better. This one was missing service, there was change on the floor in the room, and overall it was not clean.
