Clarion Hotel Baraboo

We were placed on the 5th floor which was all smoking. We couldn't hardly breathe when walking to the room. Room smelled nasty and baby's socks were black when we let her walk on the floor.

This hotel was ok.

We enjoyed our stay, except for the AC and would definitely stay again.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. The hallways resembled something out of the 1950's. Although the room was comfortable, I did not feel that I was properly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. I arrived at a late hour and was treated with disrespect by the person on duty. I would think twice before staying at this establishment again.

Over all great experience, very clean, quiet. Will stay again, have always been pleasantly surprised but the quality of the hotels.

The hotel have a good customer service but the door access card don't work properly you have to go back to customer service every time you have problem with the card and the other thing is the whirlpool so dirty when you come out of the whirlpool your swimming pant full of dirt that is not good seen need improvement.

I contacted the front desk staff at this hotel and reported the performance issue of the fan/air/heat unit in our room. The desk clerk called maintenance to request service. The fan/air/heat unit was not serviced or fixed. No one got back to me to let me know the status of this matter.

I would come back.
