Very close to casinos and Tulsa Convention Center. The facilities were great.

My husband had major dental surgery. I asked for extra pillows. Received them; however they didn’t have pillow cases on them, never did get them. I asked for extra towels. .Again never received any. Staff was friendly, but didn’t follow through on things.

Front desk very friendly. Changed day of reservation with no trouble.
Parking lot cleared of snow/ice. Rooms need redo, etc.

Personnel friendly. Facility and room clean. Satisfactory for "sleep only" facility. Appearance of rooms needs upgrading.

They were helpful.
Needs to be updated it was an older hotel. I was staying a week and feel they could have given me a newer or remodeled room.

It was close to my family. I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was very convenient to my venue.
My room was booked as a smoking room and the desk clerk would not let me change

I was deeply disappointed and upset in the fact that the desk attendant would not let me switch from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. I should work out with my hotel.

The upstairs hall carpeting could be replaced.

This hotel was in an excellent location that was easy to access. Not only was it an easy-off, easy-on, it was close to wonderful eating places. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and nice, and the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Hotel staff was above efficient and the hotel was
clean.
Small bathroom.

The hotel is a place where you could find a quiet stay and not leave your room for anything as they had room service at resonable prices and services were the best.
