Clarion Hotel Buffalo Airport

It is a very difficult hotel to get out of the parking lot and head to the left which is where all the shopping is. I requested a room close to the pool and as close to the front desk as we could and we got a room the second last to the far end of the building. That was so disappointing. We have had a room closer other times that was close to the pool before and it makes a difference that is why we did not use the pool this time. read more

The hotel was clean, as were the rooms. The breakfast area could have used more seating.

The room was clean and comfortable. The dryer didn't work and I was not refunded money nor was it repaired nor given a sign to indicate it was broken.

The location was convenient for us because we have relatives nearby in Clarence, NY.

The housekeeping at this hotel was almost non existent. I travel all the time, and I can honestly say the housekeeping - daily cleaning of the room, was the worst I have ever had in over thirty years of traveling. No hyperbole here. They made the bed, sometimes emptied the trash, and put out new towels. That was about it. The hotel rooms are also tired - in need of renovation.

Do not stay here unless you smoke and dont need a quiet rest and any fresh air.

Since we have 4 children (all under the age of 12) we had to book two rooms - very expensive. We ended up in separate rooms which was frustrating, the kids having to go out into the hallway to get to the other room. They were doing remodeling in the room next to us, so the entire place smelled like new paint. Very dirty by the outside entrance. Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9 am to clean our room. read more
