The location.
The room stunk, was dirty and isolated.

This was the worst stay in a hotel that I have had in years. They also place me in a wheelchair accessible room and I'm not in a wheelchair. My stay was horrible.

Best price in the area and easy to locate.
Walking by the smoking rooms before the nonsmoking!

Good price for location. Clean surroundings. Hated to walk by the smoking rooms first. Room key cards inconsistent in opening door. Room view was blocked. Pool was freezing for indoors, no towels 2nd day. Told to leave pool area before closing time. Ice machine was broken---very sad for summer! No refund for broken pop machine stealing.

The facility was outdated. It could use some upgrades, especially in the area that it's located.

Location, accessibility, lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, old and outdated facilities, and lack of decor.

With all due respect, I cannot recommend nor would I revisit the Best Western at this location.

Better than what I expected from a Best Western.
Common areas reeked of cigarette smoke at times.

Overall, impressive for a Best Western. Great value. Good response from maintenance for toilet that was clogged at check-in. Very friendly staff.

Dirty, room not cleaned before or during. Trash piled up.

Totally disappointing. Room was dirty when we arrived and was not cleaned while there. Power outage in our room. Vending machines down. House computers rarely worked. Free breakfast was lousy. No food and place was filthy. Not maintained. Trash piled up out side in bins. Person got sick out side of side entrance door and no one cleaned it up.
