Friendly staff.
Changing out computer system significantly delayed check in.
Good location. Quiet. Nice restaurant staff. Friendly personnel. They were changing out their computer system. Check in took about 20 minutes, which seemed longer, since I was drenced from an unexpected down pour. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Friendly, courteous staff went out of way to try to help with noisy room.
Air conditioner had noise.
While the staff is very friendly & courteous, the hotel is old. Therefore, the air conditioning system is a problem. Whenever the condenser is turned on, the noise level is high. This continually happens about every 15 minutes. We had to change hotels after 2 nights of not sleeping.

Poor quality bedding.
Not easy to find, every part of the hotel look a bit run down. It appears there was some effort to upgrade it several years ago but, that time is over. I called ahead to make sure I had a handicapped room for my senior mother and an adjoining room. When we got there they did not have the rooms requested. The only thing that appears to have made the room handicapped was a rail nest to the toilet. There is not light breakfast, just coffee in the lobby. read more

Location convenient to nearby college daughter attending. Shopping & restaurants also close by.
Difficult to find breakfast restaurants in area. Room service tray left in hallway for entire day.
Nothing special but great location. Mattresses too soft.

It was close to the convention center.
I would rather stay at a 10 year old Motel 6 than at this dank holel.
This hotel shouldn't have a star rating greater than ONE. It is filthy. The staff is less than enthused to be employed there. The grounds are in serious need of attention. Most of the concrete walking paths are crumbling. The entry door closest to my room opened with-out my key card. This left me very uneasy especially because the back parking lot didn't have a single working night light. The group of undesirables hanging out in the back of the lot didn't seem to mind the lack of lights, but I did. The entire hotel, including my room, smelled of musty mold and smoke. My bathroom only had one working light bulb. The new arch type shower curtain rod was not properly installed leaving it slumping at downward angle so that the moldy curtain, no matter how much I tried to adjust it, would slide to the middle in a bunch. Hence, the floor was a puddle each time I showered. The vending area was disgusting. I decided not to use the ice after I saw the crust on the dispenser. Every window in my room, the lobby and entry ways were covered in dirt, slime and smears. They clearly haven't been cleaned in some time. I was crushed that I got this hotel again. Please demote this hotel to a one star hotel where it belongs. read more

Price.
The room smelled awful.
The hotel was okay but the room smelled really terrible. I should have asked for another room but I thought it would go away quickly.

There is nothing to like about this hotel.
Dirty,unfriendly, tired
We chose this hotel based on the star level. It didn't meet our expectations. It needs a total overhaul.
