Lobby, bar, and outside parking area looked nice.
Cold room. Broken light switch. Noisy.

The room was very cold. We had to ask for blankets. Initially we were told they didn’t have any. Eventually we got blankets. The room/hallway/outside area was so noisy, we actually left our rooms and went downstairs to get ear plugs. This hotel is under par.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food was excellent.
Not well marked. Would never have found it in the dark.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality. Within walking distance of many places and buses were nearby and convenient. No free breakfast, but the restaurant was very good and never busy.

Very nice room, large fridge and microwave for our 3 night stay was so helpful.
The person at the desk at night was super rude and there was no washer/dryer available.

The bed was great. The white linen is wonderful.
Young men were hanging out at vending machines bumming money.

Older hotel that was remodeled poorly. My bathroom had old stand up shower and the grout was missing in 40% of the floor tiles. Downtown sketchy location. Would not stay there again.

Computer and printer available for printing boarding pass.
Alarm clock inoperative, light switch inoperative, TV channel listing inaccurate, one door inoperative, parking spots narrow.

Overpriced for 2.5 stars.

Fairly comfortable, easy to find.
Doesn't rate 2.5 stars - didn't get confirmed room.

Our 2nd stay here, and it was better than our first, but still their were run down parts found. For instance, the toliet seat was so old that the white paint flected off and made it look like it wasn't clean. Also, I confirmed after the reservation was made and was told that a King would be awaiting us. Instead, we were assigned 2 Doubles.

2 different people tried to get in my room with people trying to use room keys. My room had a bad water through the ceiling tile that was next to the AC vent. The carpet was saturated.
