Friendly staff.
The hotel is close to bars.

Hotel is clean and convenient, staff friendly-restaurant is fine for breakfast. Drawback is that from about 10 PM-2PM on Fri and Sat college students are in the local bars spilling out to the street and they can be quite noisy. On one trip we were on the street side and had a hard time sleeping because of the noise.
