Clarion Hotel Springfield

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. You could not hear anyone from the hall when you were in your room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact I liked it so much I am going back in two weeks for another stay.

Overall my stay was nice the desk clerks were very polite. They do need to have more refrigerators available for the rooms. Maybe a more excess able vending machine would be nice. The bathtub was kind of stained and that is something I understand is harder to deal with but high on my list of needs to be white and shiny.

The Clarion is a typical older motel that is priced the same as similar newer accommodations the area. We would have stayed at the newer motels had we known.

The Clarion was just OK. It's old and although there have been some attempts to modernize, it still seems outdated. The mattresses, pillows and bed linens were above average and very comfortable. The staff was friendly but seemed confused on some policy.

I was very displeased with the Clarion Hotel. It was just a run down place and I didn't feel safe. The location was great but that's about it.

I have stayed at this hotel often only do to convenience and have never been greeted, I might as well wait on myself with the lack of enthusiasm they have let alone most of the employees clothes look like just rolled out of bed! My advice to anyone behind that check in counter customer service is key.

Would stay there again. No problems.
