Man at front desk was friendly, and the rooms were big.

When I checked in, the man at the front desk was very friendly. He even gave me a voucher for a free breakfast in the morning. The rooms were big but not fancy, really dark. The bed was comfortable. The place seemed pretty clean. The gym had nice equipment. But the food I ordered for dinner was not very good, it was very dry. And although the man who delivered room service was very polite, it took 45 minutes for it to arrive. And it was just a chicken sandwich. So when morning came to use my breakfast voucher, I was surprised to see 6 people standing in line outside the restaurant. But when you looked in the restaurant, there were open tables everywhere. The hostess was unfriendly and unprofessional. She would just point to a table and tell them to go there. read more

Quite inside and out, very clean, polite staff (most).
AC did not work one night, no pool or whirlpool.

Staff was attentive, in quieter area short distance from major roads. Front desk staff did not seem very concerned AC not working, really did not want to deal with it at 10PM, was however, fixed promptly in the morning. Room service was very good. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in.

Very comfortable room, good exercise room, wonderful free hot breakfast.
No pool.

This hotel was lovely. It was elegant, quiet, spacious and clean. There was a free hot breakfast in the restaurant in the morning which was delicious.

The quiet zone in the hotel.

Excellent hotel but not willing to give any leeway regarding check in time. We arrived at 2;30 and was told we had to wait in lobby until 3 when check-in time started.
