Lobby was beautiful, refrigerator and microwave in room, and the room was spacious.
Not enough parking for all the guests, carpets and walls in hallways could be touched up.

Over all the hotel was great. It was at a perfect location, the lobby was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which both came in handy. The carpet and walls in the hallways could be touched up a little, and there didn't seem to be enough parking for all the guests, but they tried to accommodate everyone as best as they could. read more

I liked the fact that it had 2 hot tubs.
That the halls were real and the air wasn't as cold as I usually am use to.

This is a very friendly staff and willing to help on all levels, plus it is very close to every place you would like to go.

The staff was very friendly. The first night we were in a smoking room (which was on a smoking floor - disgusting). The room wasn't that clean. We requested a room change and the hotel couldn't honor it the first night because /c they were full, but the second night we were in a nonsmoking room (which was a lot cleaner). The bedding was comfortable. The shower wasn't exactly hot water though. No continental breakfast. read more

The staff was very friendly and nice.
My keys did not work on the room and
I had to keep getting them replaced.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. It took them 24 hours to decide to move us to another room after getting the keys replaced about 6 times the first day. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel staff were very friendly.
The hotel is definitely ageing and could use a good overhaul.

My 10 yr old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Universal Studios. The lobby is very nice, but the hallways and rooms are definitely showing their age. Still, the room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed there was no room service and the restaurant service in general was very less. Food only okay, didn't have whipped cream for the Belgian waffles, etc. On the up side, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and would stay here again. read more

Temperature was 28 degrees, hotel allowed early check in.
