Easy off and on access to interstate.
Not willing to change my room location, and provide me with a receipt.

I explained I was traveling with children and would feel more secure about having a room off the main street. Lobby staff not willing to make changes to my room location since I used what they described as 3rd party reservations and would not provide me with a receipt. I was told that if I had booked my room directly with them they would have been more than willing to meet my accommodation requests to change my room location. Also, there were more than enough vacancies to honor my request for a safer room location. Will NOT stay there again. read more

Very clean, recently updated, beautiful pool and waterfall.
Nothing.

Updated nicely, great pool in the middle of three story property and staff was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Near major interstate, restaurants and drug stores in walking distance. Excellent bedding.

The pleasantness of all staff. They went out of there way to ask if we needed anything. Even without us asking. The staff cared about our stay.
Nothing to note.

This hotel was very accommodating to us. I appreciated everyone who spoke to us. From the time we checked in to the time we check out everyone was friendly. The chief was always smiling. The grounds keeper was kind and the housekeepers always did a great job. I really enjoyed my stay!Complimentary breakfast was always presented with smiles. Thanks!

Recently remodeled, up to date in decor, very comfortable king size bed.
They would not allow me to check in before 2:30, couldn't open door.

The reason for my trip was to attend a friend's wedding. I was told the room wasn't ready, to come back after 2, so I did a little shopping and came back, hoping I would have just enough time to change and get to the location of the wedding just in time! So I had to head to the wedding location and change in the bathroom. That evening when I returned to check in, I went to the room and the safety latch was on and I couldn't open the door! I thought someone was in there, but I could see in the window that there was no one there. So I called the front desk from my cell phone to tell them, they sent someone from maintenance which of course took another 15 minutes that I had to wait outside the door for. When I finally got into the room it was very nice, but the experience had been tarnished by what had already occurred. read more
