The location, pool, service, staff very friendly and helpful.
They were remodeling but I understand that is just was beaning completed as they were new owners.
We will stay there again. The management was excellent. The Continental breakfast was excellent. They were, and I realize they are in remodeling stages however the security was a little too lax. Some residents came in and used the pool and they were not guests and they were fall down drunk. Again I know the problem will be solved by the time we return to Anderson.

Close to the highway, had a bar.
Dirty floor, promised a continatal breakfast but they were out of food.
Staff was good but they need to put some in new floors carpet was stained and dirty. Some onr forgot to shop for continental breakfest so they were out after a hour. No elevator or help with lugage, the shuttel for casino was 45 min, late and did not show up at all to pick us up at the end of evening.had to call a cab.

Restaurant in hotel was very nice since work ran late.
Very run down rooms smelled musty and smoky. Weight room equipment was filthy and broken. Hot tub and pool closed. Room was not very clean.
Hotel is in a great location and the staff was friendly but the rooms and amenities were broken run down and filthy. Everything was dusty large amounts visible behind curtains and TV! Vents were loaded with dust, walls were filthy. Quality is very poor and may damage your reputation.

Great shampoo.
Felt like a dirty trucker left just before we got there.
Feces on toilet seat, blood stains on mattress cover, needed to be washed, was visible through the sheet, was not able to get any air conditioning.

Very clean and helpful.
The indoor pool was closed for the whole weekend.
Perfect location just no pool for my kids that's why I picked this hotel.

Parking available right outside of my room.
Pool and Jacuzzi were down for maintenance. It is why I chose this hotel.
The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Also, when it states that it has a indoor pool and Jacuzzi, it needs to have it available. That was the reason I booked this particular motel/hotel. Carpeting in the rooms needs replaced. Fixtures are in need of replacing. Outlets need to be readily available near the bed not by the outside wall. It is in a great location just off of the interstate. It is close to good restaurants. read more

The lobby was nicely done.
The room doors are located outside.
For a 3 star, I fee I was misled. I did not expect the room doors to be on the outside and be classified as a 3 star. As a solo business traveler and a woman, I do not book hotels unless the rooms are only accessed from the inside therefore choosing three star. Not only that, but the shower was very moldy.

Lobby was new and beautiful, convenient to highway.
Had to go thru 2 different doors to get to our rooms. Rooms were coldish.
I think they were remodeling, I tried to avoid getting this motel.
