It was clean.
Difficult to locate the property.
I would definitely call it a 2-star, not a 2.5 star as you had designated, and that was a disappointment. The signs on the highway were so small and out-of-the-way that it made it difficult to locate, even with the map provided. Staff were friendly and courteous, and the facilities were clean, though not exceptionally modern.

Absolutely nothing.
I did not like anything about the hotel. Would not stay again,
Cheap motel. Smells bad. No outlets. Internet was down most of the time. Low water pressure. Hardly any hot water. Noise from highway.

Room was clean, hotel location was convenient.
Room did not have enough outlets.
Room was clean and comfortable, could have used additional outlets. Did not have enough open outlets to charge my computer and 2 cell phones. Also, for the price it could have had a small fridge. Had to search for an ice maker that worked, which was on the second floor and I was staying on the first. The employees were helpful and friendly.

The decor is very nice and up-dated. The united was very clean.
We have stayed in this hotel twice now and both times the rooms were unbearably hot. The room never cooled off the whole time we were there. Hot!
The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The only bad thing was there was cooling systems for each room was not sufficient to cool the unit. The air conditioner ran all the time and was set on 62 by the hotel personnel and it never got any cooler than 85. Very uncomfortable! Both times we stayed it has been the same hot room.

Person at front desk was exceptionally helpful and courteous, as was the security guard as well.
People in room 117 were obnoxiously loud and disruptful late at night every night of my stay. Complaining about them would only have made it worse.
Convenient location and courteous. Staffroom was spacious. Computer in lobby was helpful.

Newly renovated, very clean, and close access to St Simon's Island.
Somewhat difficult to find, not well marked b/c of recent name change. Continental breakfast was lacking in quality and selection.
I was very impressed by the hotel for the price that I paid! As far as location is concerned, there is nothing in Brunswick worth seeing, but it is very close to St Simons Island and other nearby beaches. Everything in the room looked brand new and was very clean. Free Wi-Fi. Right off the interstate, very convenient for travel. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. There wasn't much of a selection, and there was no hot food (unless you count the toaster oven or microwave). read more

The room was very nice.
The night front desk girl.
The stay was fine except the front desk night girl seemed not friendly - kind of 'ho hum'. When I went to my room I called down because I needed a remote for the TV - didn't work. The girl said she would send one up. An hour later I called again and she was perturbed and said she would send it up. About 20 minutes went by - at about 9:30 p.m. And the security man brought me up a plastic bag with towels in it. After explaining what I wanted he brought me the remote. Friendly and very economical.
The continental breakfast needs upgrading.
I've stayed at the Park Inn now for the past 2 years this is an annual event for my family and others. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very good quality for the price: clean, comfortable beds, and good breakfast.
The signage for the hotel is in a bad location. It is below a gas station sign.
The hotel is a very good quality for the price. The beds were more comfortable than some more expensive places I've stayed. The hotel was clean although the decor is unexpected- very modern design. I liked that there were snacks and water out in the lobby during the day and there is a decent complimentary continental breakfast served. Breakfast, however, ends at 9 am which we found to be inconvenient. read more
