The features and space were exactly what I expected.
Short on towels and linens for pull out bed.
Great for families visiting the Space Center.

Great location to view night space shuttle launch.
Filthy rooms, hotel in bad mechanical condition and unresponsive staff.
Worst choice hotel I have stayed in, period. The rooms were filthy, the hotel in bad mechanical shape overall. The bathrooms were disgusting! The staff, although friendly, was unresponsive. We had no hot water in the morning, when I called the front desk she told me to let the water run, and I stated it had already been 10 minutes, they said to let it run longer. So I did, and 15 minutes later I called back to let them know, and they said they would look into it, and never contacted me concerning the problem. After looking in the condition of the dirty bathroom, the odor in the room, and lack of hot water. I checked out a day early, and when I asked for financial relief for not having hot water and their lack of response. I got the cold shoulder. The only bright side - the view from the hotel is perfect for a night launch of the space shuttle. But the view is just as nice from the city park next door, and that's free. Stay somewhere else and drive here instead!

The staff.
The room was a little run down.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was skimpy. The room was run down and smelled weird when we came in.

The 1st room had wet carpet doused with powder, no hot water.
We had to change rooms 3 times due to wet carpet, no hot water and broken air-conditioner.

Waterfront view and fishing.
One cup coffee maker.
This is the best hotel on the Space Coast I have ever stayed. It has great views of NASA, the Indian River, and the morning sunrise. The rooms were clean and the staff made me feel special. They were very friendly. Oh, and the kids loved the huge pool!

Close proximity to Space Shuttle launch pads.
A moderate priced hotel with the basics -- bed, shower, TV, all clean and functional. Room decor was a step up from what I expected, with textured walls. Also free wireless internet. It's an excellent location for viewing shuttle launches, as it's about as close to the launch pads as you can get outside of NASA property. There's a grassy area in back along the river where you can set up a chair and get a great view of a launch. read more

Location.
The lack of interest in my not having a working phone.
Started out with no Kleenix tissues. Next found the telephone not working and nothing done to help. Many of the TV channels showed poor reception to start. Cleared up after a while. The continental breakfast was meager, but was able to get some bacon & eggs at an additional cost. They were good. All in all I expect a better experience from a Clarion Hotel.

It was a mess, it didn't look it had even been cleaned.
It was a disaster and smelled and the AC was broken in 2 different rooms. There were cigarette butts in the corner and there was stuff all over the carpet!!
