It met my expectations for the price I paid. Was clean and comfortable.
No breakfast facility.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Typically when I've tried economy hotels, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, but that wasn't the case. The plumbing in the bathrooms did need some attention. Not much water pressure, but it was still fine.

Easy access, no safety issues.
The hallway had a lingering old cigarette smell.

This hotel was a good choice for the value as far as my usage which was a business trip. Hotel was clean, safe, etc. except for the floor we were on there was a smell that must have been in the carpets. The rooms were fine.

Location was great.
Didn't get our requested wake up call. Tub didn't drain. Shuttle was late and driver was rude. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Hotel staff was sub par. Customer service was bad. Room was fairly clean but trash was beside the bed when we arrived. The bathtub did not drain. The location was great!

The elevators didn't work the whole time, halls and elevators were very run down.

The location is perfect, close to everything, staff was friendly and met our needs, the hallways and the carpet and the elevators are run down looking and the elevators didn't work the whole weekend we were there. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and I just feel like they need to redo the hallways and the elevators and it will be a very nice hotel for the price.

Very clean, polite and will use again.

The only problem I had was how hard it was to find. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. Will definately stay there again.

It was very quiet.
The halls were hot and the desk clerk was not friendly.

I would stay at the hotel again if I was needing a room just for one night. The hotel was quiet and spacious. The room although took really really long to cool. The halls where hot and humid, and the desk clerk always acted too busy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, everything we needed such as laundry facilities and computers were available for our use.
The only problem was with the remote for the T.V. not working. We did not ask for help with this since we did not think is was important to us.

This is an excellent hotel for the business traveler and families needing a nice clean and safe place to stay at a reasonable price and are not concerned with luxury.

Our room was very neat, clean and spacious.
I was very pleased with the quality and service we received.

Our stay was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room and accomodations were. Our room was kept neat and cleaned daily without any disturbance to us. We will stay there again on our next visit to Dallas.
