The restaurant was horrible.

The restaurant was horrible, the service was poor, the staff was not knowledgeable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The door safety lock was broken, looking like the door had been previously kicked in.

Located close to pier and cruising port.
Ants, poor service. Pricey.

I have stayed at this same hotel 3 years ago and apparently they are under new management. Staff were not there to assist or accommodate any guests. My impression from the moment that I walked into the lobby was "fend for yourself". We even had to scavenge towels from the non working gym room since the maid would not allow us more than 3 bath towels (no pool towels at all).

Rooms were clean and comfortable; friendly staff.
Two noisy weddings with guests making a lot of noise in the pool; not enough staff to deal with it.

The hotel is comfy in a charming shabby-chic way. Its location is not particularly scenic, but it's terrifically accessible and convenient. Not a lot of staff (at desk or in restaurant), but room was spotless and maids were very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again, but would avoid the restaurant, except for breakfast.

Convienent location, roomy, pool, close parking, secured elevator.
Cocroaches in the towels, low beds, smelly, dingy decorations, old refrigerator, no microwave.
