Staff was very friendly.
Room was dark and cleaners didn't mix well, so smelled strong.

For me the location was great. The room was dark and needed to be updated, but the beds were comfortable. The smell in the room was from the cleaner, but the two cleaners combined made a nasty smell that didn't go away.

Every staff was extremely nice.
The location was inconvenient for me.

I think this place is good for those traveling by car and just stopping by to stay the night. I like the staff very much, friendly and helpful. Also, the chinese food deliverly was very quick.

How quick they had my room ready.
That the water was off for two hours.

The hotel was good other than the water being of for two hours, the room was good.

It was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in.

Poor acoustic insulation (walls windows). I could hear everything going on in the next room.

Partial repairs to room ceiling.

Hotel not in Downtown, without car you are stranded, hot tub not working, nowhere good to eat within walking distance, rooms in dire need of repair and updating. Outside of friendly staff, I would not recommend.

The lobby was quaint.
It was right next to metro and the sink was in the bedroom area. The area is not too great as far as things to do around the area are concerned.

An older hotel that right next to the metro. Don't stay here if you are a light sleeper. Not too much to do in the area unless you have a car or take the metro someplace else. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little disappointing, not good if you are diabetic because all they have are carbs to eat.
