Comfortable bed, pillow, comforter. Friendly staff.
Was not very clean, WiFi did not work.

The hotel is badly in need of updating. We were put in a room that had not been cleaned (towels on the floor, trash in container). We were moved right away. There was a strange odor in the halls and lobby. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean, considering the age and condition of (carpet and fixtures). We were never able to connect to their WiFi in our room. We got several different reasons as to why it did not work. We were given a card with a number to call and after being on the phone for at least 1/2 hour still no WiFi. I had asked the desk clerk the first night if trying to connect with my laptop in the lobby would work. She said it wouldn't make a difference but did offer to let me use their desktop computer. The day we left we had our laptops with us in the lobby breakfast area and decided to try to connect and we were able to get on. So you can connect to the WiFi in the lobby. The continental breakfast was not bad. I liked the waffles. read more

Priced right. No surprises. Confusing access.
Difficult to navigate to. Distressed parking lot.

One night stay. Priced right. Usual hotel cobwebs behind TV stand and night stand. Clean sheets, with stains on 1 bed of 2. Nice pillows and extra towels. HBO, ESPN, PBS, etc. 15" TV older Guest Laundry and Fitness Center, I visited neither. Outdoor pool closed. Free breakfast.

Location was easy to access.
Staff had us park at opposite end from room. Unfriendly, having disagreement with another employee.

Clean room, helpful staff, free wireless, and great breakfast.
No complaints.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and fairly fast Wi-Fi. And they had waffles and biscuits and gravy as a part of the free continental breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.

Good location. Very friendly staff.
Very outdated and old hotel.

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. I stayed two days with my spouse and two young children. We received no maid service. The television was constantly going in and out. When I contacted the front desk to get the TV fixed or replaced, the woman was nice but told us that there was no one on staff who could help us. She gave us a key to another room so we could switch TVs ourselves. The shower curtain fell the first night we were there. One of the towel racks was partially missing. There was no elevator at the hotel. The room door opened only about half the time with the key card and had extremely squeaky and loud hinges. Furniture in the room was in poor condition. We couldn't use one half of the dresser because the drawers would fall out when opened. The free wireless internet was a headache to connect to. In fact, we were never able to do so. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was very antiquated - even down to the dirty-looking brown swirled and checkered carpet that was throughout the building. It was almost like the hotel hadn't been updated since the early 80s. On the good side, the pool was very clean. The lobby was nice, and the daily continental breakfast was pretty good. The fitness room was easily accessible and the equipment was easy to use no TV though. The staff was super friendly and helpful for the most part. Our check-in time was 3 PM. However, when we contacted the hotel in route, they allowed us to check in 2.5 hours early with no extra charge. read more

Staff was very freindly. They did a great job being hospitable.
Run down, in need of remodel, too much enviromental noise.

Lobby was nice but rest of it was somewhat run down. Poor front desk clerk had to man front desk and breakfast area in the morning which was nearly impossible, breakfast area was often very cluttered and messy and low on everything. Side door to the hotel that required key entry was broken and reported and remained broken, allowing anyone access to the interior of the hotel.

Good breakfast and nice pool.
Shower curtain had mildew on it.

Very nice place, pool was very chilly but it wasn't the warmest of weather. Staff was excellent. Breakfast had a good selection and was restocked often, even thought the staff was shorthanded.

The contintental breakfast was adequate.
There was some minor deferred maintenance and the carpets need cleaning.

The location is good, but it is hard to find at night if you make a wrong turn and lose your way. Some minor deferred maintenance and cleaning of carpets. Room cleanlineness was fine.
