Description of Clarion Suites Augusta
We have 176 suites that are surprisingly spacious. The suites surround a beautifully landscaped courtyard complete with a sparkling outdoor pool. The two room suites consist of one king or two double beds with sofa sleepers, wireless Internet, in room coffee, cable television and Free HBO, oversized bathrooms, microwaves, refrigerators, two TV's, two phones, hair dryer, iron and ironing boards. We are accessible to Interstate 20. The hotel is located within a mile of the prestigious Augusta National Golf Course. There are many restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. read more

The breakfast and happy hour.
The bed was horrible. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Overall the hotel was just OK. The room was clean, but the mattress was very uncomfortable. The door was hard to get into, but was not something that was that much of a problem. The breakfast was good and filling. Consequently, I will probably not return to this hotel because of the lack of comfort of the bed. The sleeping accommodations is something that is very important to me. read more

It was across the street from Wild Wings Cafe- good eats.
Older furniture; broke door frame-old with minor improvements.

I was not really comfortable staying here. Door frame was cracked and looked like half way fixed. The rooms were nice sized rooms, but bath tub appeared stained/dirty. The breakfast in the AM was very good.

Staff was eager to please; room was roomy and comfortable.
The only complaint I have is that I received a wake-up call I had not asked for at 6:30 a.m.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean, safe, and quiet. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Breakfast until 11 a.m. was a nice touch, as well as complimentary cocktails in the evening. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again, given the chance.
