The Travelodge Willoughby Ohio is located 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland and and 45 minutes from Hopkins Cleveland airport. The Travelodge offers a complimentary continental breakfast and complimentary newspaper. We have coin operated laundry, offer photocopy service, and in room coffee makers. Our property also has an indoor pool and jacuzzi and is equipped with business king rooms. read more

Close to the highway.
The room smelled and was not clean.

After checking in and seeing the room I just sat there thinking I couldn't stay there. I left after 1 hour and would never stay there again and would not recommend anyone else stay there either.

The staff was awful.

When we arrived, we were sent to the wrong room. It clearly had not been cleaned out. We went back to the desk, the clerk was smoking outside with another coworker. We waited about 10 minutes before they came back inside. We told them about the room and the clerk asked the coworker and the coworker laughed "thats not ready". We were very ticked as we got our new room without an apology. read more

Large separate bath and shower room in room. 2 double beds. Extra towels on request. complimentary shampoo and tooth paste. Waffles for breakfast.
I asked another traveler about the pool when we were eating breakfast. He said he did not use it because it was too cloudy to see the bottom.

We were told first left when off the interstate. We were tired and got back on the interstate by taking the first left. We took the second exit and came back. It was still hard to find the entrance. All the help were very pleasant. We requested and received first floor room. The coffee pot and hair dryer were wired into the outlets so it was difficult to find place to plug in 2 cell phones, computer and battery charger. read more

Filthy dirty. I changed rooms and the second was dirty too.

I'll never stay again.
Hair in the bed of the first room and the second hadn't been swept and I had to wonder again about the sheets. I shouldn't have pairs as much as I did. Cheap does not have to equal dirty.

Mildew on the shower curtain, creepy crawlies in the bathroom, and
beds were
hard as rocks

I stayed here over 10 years ago, was very nice. Stayed there again, and very disappointed. The beds were very hard, only 1 skinny pillow per person, the bathroom was dirty, and
shower curtain moldy.

The location was very good, the staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean. Everything was just right about it.
