Easy access and location.
The rooms are quite small - and there was construction outside on the window sill.
Small lobby - boutique style - nice common area. Hallways and rooms are small. Bathroom was clean and was
updated.

Location to downtown Boston.
Very small rooms - the pullout sofa blocked any entry to the bathroom which made it unable to use the bathroom at night.
The room was very very very small, the pull out sofa bed when opened to sleep on - hit the table by the wall and therefore completely blocked off access from the person sleeping in the bed to use the bathroom at night. There was no way to the bathroom except to crawl over the pull out sofa bed. What a huge inconvenience as well as a fire safety hazard-not only could you not get to the bathroom but the path to the door is then blocked.Very poor room layout! read more

Enjoyed the dinner at the Elephant & Castle pub.
Beds were unacceptibly poor. You almost can't sleep on them.
Located in downtown Boston but hard to find. No parking available (you have to park at the back side of the next block). Lobby was small and connected to the Elephant and Castle pub next door. The room was tiny and very utilitarian.

Location to T and post office, adjoining restaurant, key entry, bottled water, and the price.
Entryway to lobby was difficult to maneuver with bags. Shower was small.
Great location for the price. It is a basic, no-frills, and small room.
