The customer service was awesome!.
Bath tub could have been cleaner.
This hotel in the financial district was perfect for the 2 nights that I was there. The Priceline price was way to low for the quality of room I was given. When I called to ask for 2 double beds, they upgraded me to the Executive Suite! The service and front desk personnel were fantastic! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Elevators came quickly and water machine.
Noisy, tiny, dark and
cramped room. Bathroom was like a miniature public bathroom.
This hotel should never have been listed as 3.5 stars.
