It was conveniently located and clean.
It was unforgivably noisy - did not sleep at all.

The hotel was located close to attractions and restaurants. We live in NYC and still could not sleep at all. Our television was too far away from the bed - it had to be turned up so loud to even be heard that it was not useful as a noise cancellation but an added nuisance. Every interaction with hotel staff was terse, and the front desk was absolutely dismissive and unsympathetic to the overnight disruptions.If our room had been on a higher floor or the other side of the building, our stay may have been salvaged. read more

No fridge, no luggage rack, toilet seat hits counter and doesn't go all the way up.

Nice little boutique style hotel - small but warm and comfortable room, and was clean.

Great location, good and fair price for star rating, very friendly and helpful staff, clean.
I could hear loud pipes from bathrooms of hotel rooms above or below me.

I would stay here again or in another city. Very good experience overall, clean, safe, great location, helpful and knowledgeable staff, nice extras in common areas.
