The location was convenient.
The room had a less than appealing view.

Hotel front desk staff could not or would not explain their policy of locking our guest with diner charges.
Room was pleasant and Bobs restaurant was excellent. However, the hotel took the unusual step to lock us out of our room since we charged our dinner to our room. Upon retiring for the evening, the front desk clerk demanded that we pay for dinner with another credit card although the room was prepaid and a more than sufficient deposit had been guaranteed by AMX. I've never been more upset or embarrassed by a hotel in my life as they placed suspicion that I would run out on my bill. So I don't know if the problem is the Omni Hotels or this website and I don't know if I would use either in the future. read more

Nice hotel and a good restaurant.
The hotel have everything you need and you don't have to buy water; they have a filter water with bottles' that you can use and take with you when ever you want. There is an Irish pub right next door and the food is grate and not too expensive.

None.
Rude staff. Does not qualify for 31/2 start at all.
This hotel is definitely not for family trip. The staff is not professional and rude. Priceline booked me at the 31/2 star price. Unfortunately I cannot give it a 1-star rating. The bed was too small and when I complained about it I was told by the hotel staff to sleep on the floor. Since there were no upgrades available, I opted to. Then I asked for an extra bed sheet and comforter. They refused that as well and not even for a price. I could not believe this happened and bought a bed sheet and comforter for the next night (I booked for two nights). This is my first lousy experience in all the hotels I had stayed so far in US. read more

The only thing this hotel had gone for it was location.
Small, cramped, cheap furnishings, dirty shower tile.
If you were looking for motel 6 and want to pay over because of location then this was year place. If you opened the bathroom door the door in and out of the room was blocked, I had a larger TV in my kitchen, by no way should this be over a 1 star rating.

Great location - very efficient staff.
Room was very small.
Please inform your guests that it is a business hotel - adequate, small space.

Easy access.
Small rooms and bathrooms.
Nothing wrong with this hotel, I just question its 3.5 star rating.

Great value for the money. Free purified water is a nice feature.
Room key was canceled before check-out time, which was very inconvenient.
Excellent hotel for the money, great location, particularly well-outfitted for the business traveler. Would recommend it highly.
