Felt like a converted prison block, because of how it was built, small windows. Being downtown, felt there could have been views.

Room was tiny, walls thin, and TV was small and old.

Although the location was great, I was expecting more. I could jump from one side of the room to the other and you had to turn your head at a 90 degree angle and squint to see the tiny TV in the corner. The bed was good and the room was clean, although I was disturbed when we returned from an all day outing at 3:30 to find it hadn't been cleaned yet. The front entrance was dismal but front staff were fine. I would stay here again only if the price was less. read more

The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy.
Very utilitarian, it did not reflect the star level I was searching for. 1 ice machine for the hotel and was on the lowest level.

This hotel is perfect for business travelers but not so much for families or for a romantic weekend. The room was clean and comfortable and the filtered water machine on each floor is a plus. The ice machine is all the way on the lowest level so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, the hotel served its purpose for the reason I was in SF, but I would not stay there for a romantic weekend. read more

Room size is small but adequate. Parking in nearby lot is pricey. Give alternative parking for hotel or better -- a discount at the nearby lot.

Cramped rooms, and a poor design.

It is only good if location is important or you will be only sleeping. It has no room for relaxing in your room. It is bad for families. The bathroom design is so poor that you could see someone using the toilet from outside the bathroom
