Room was tiny, walls thin, and TV was small and old.

Although the location was great, I was expecting more. I could jump from one side of the room to the other and you had to turn your head at a 90 degree angle and squint to see the tiny TV in the corner. The bed was good and the room was clean, although I was disturbed when we returned from an all day outing at 3:30 to find it hadn't been cleaned yet. The front entrance was dismal but front staff were fine. I would stay here again only if the price was less. read more

This hotel has a convenient location, and is clean.
Room was way too small for a 3.5 star hotel. Fitness room is also very small.

The rooms at this hotel are so small, you'd be lucky to fit 2.5 stars in them. Luggage racks are not provided unless requested. Apparently they can't afford one for each room. The restaurant is very nice, with good food and service and reasonable prices.

Great location. Clean. Organized. Courteous staff.
Weird strangely uncomfortable styling and low ceilings. Claustrophobia inducing.

Internet was down the first day. Strangely like Bali where we had just come from. Rooms are small and coldly furnished and claustrophobic with low ceilings and steel swinging doors. Whoever designed this place must have been looking at satisfying some sort of odd building codes and not factoring in the human element too heavily. Old CRT television mounted on a K mart style desk. No TV except pay per view movies, no in room safe, small.

Very disappointed. My daughter and I were in San Francisco for a concert and ended up coming back to the hotel early because my daughter didn't feel good. There was no TV except pay per view, the room was very small and smelled musty and the walls were very thin. I heard the people next to us talking all night! There is also no in room safe. This hotel is definitely for business travelers. Would not choose to stay here again. read more
