They accommodated my request for a room with microwave as I have an infant.
The room is way too small.

Room is so small. It will be awesome if the standard room can accomodate 4 people, just like most hotels. But this hotel doesn't have room with 2 double / queen beds. They only have one queen or one king size beds.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our individual requests.
The rooms were typical for San Francisco, small. Tough with little children.

The location of the hotel was great for anyone wanting to get to all locations in the city. The staff was very helpful. If traveling with a vehicle parking is off-site and on your own (also expensive, but typical for SF). Everything was very clean and very safe. I would stay again if not traveling with my children.

I loved their free coffee.
The rooms are small and not sound proof.

It is a very nice hotel. Romms are small, clean and they have very good free coffee and cookies.

The hotel a nice place to rest my head at the end of the day
No Bell Service

If you are looking for a no frills hotel downtown at a good price, then look no further. Remember, this hotel is for business travellers not vacationeers looking for lots of ammendities.

location, food options
service, felt like being on a cruise ship with packed in cabins

Great for a couple, or business travelers, but it is set up like a cruise ship inside- narrow corridors with inner and outer rooms that are about 150 sq ft.. Be prepared to add $35 for parking 3 blocks away to your "savings".

Efficient.
Rooms were too small for leisure use.

This hotel is meant for single occupancy business people.

Good location, nice public areas, and free WiFi.
Very small rooms, unresponsive staff and a
little leisure.

Location was good, but this hotel is by no means a 3.5 star hotel. Rooms are adequate but small, services are minimal, and the layout is far more utilitarian than luxury-oriented. For business travel alone, it may rate 3 stars; for family leisure travel, it's 2 stars at best. Staff was unresponsive; for example, a crib requested on Friday afternoon arrived Sunday morning. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone other than a single business traveler. read more
