Good location and very comfortable.
Room was near supply closet that staff accessed throughout night. Very noisy.
The hotel had a great location and was for downtown Chicago very affordable. The views from the room was great too!

Wonderful, safe location. It is close to Millennium Park, Chicago River and Chicago Lake.
Room relative small, but it is reasonable in that location and the rate.
Excellent hotel. It is not easy to meet friends and families in the hotel because it has a small bar and outdoor tables (windy, cold outside). However, the room condition and the excellent location make the hotel very attractive.

Great location! Rooms were decorated nicely.
Beds were not queens. Rooms are very small.
This is a good hotel for a couple. However, the beds really were fulls, even though they claimed they were queens. Some rooms were missing the appropriate number of pillows and towels. Room was nice, but very small.

The view of the Chicago River was beautiful.
Room were very small.
Room was small but the view was beautiful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Didn't have a fridge, and wouldn't upgrade us at the hotel when asked to.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms, although small, were very clean.
Perfect location, small but very clean rooms. The hotel itself as very well maintained, the lobby and elevators were all spic and span clean, and the service was great.
