Friendly, efficient service. Large rooms with full kitchen.
Room was somewhat in disrepair (thermostat was not working, fridge was not working, no remote for TV). Parking was expensive.

Nice enough hotel but rooms need renovations.

Great location, clean, good view.

It was a very enjoyable experience. It was clean, room was very comfortable, especially appreciated the kitchen and being stocked with plates, cutlery etc.

The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Being a suite was very nice, lots of room.
Could not turn down the heat in the room. Very warm. Could use a face lift to modernize the kitchen area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, as it was a suite with a separate bedroom. The king size bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the kitchen and some of the furniture showed its age and could use modernizing. As for the restaurant, we ordered room service for breakfast, took almost an hour to arrive and when it did, my wifes meal was not there. I had bacon and eggs, but no salt and pepper. When I asked for salt and pepper, they asked if I could do without it. When my wifes breakfast was finally brought up, it was not what she had ordered. Instead of taking it back and bringing the right breakfast up, they brought the ingredients that were missing and said just add it yourself. It was cooked mixed berry oatmeal. Now the berries they brought up were very cold, one can imagine how this went once added to the oatmeal. Take note, the restaurant is not run by the hotel, it is a private restaurant in the hotel, so we will not hold the hotel responsible. Other then the issue with the restaurant, our stay was very nice. read more

I liked the fact that it was a suite and had a great view of the river and park areas.
The living room furniture was dated, mismatched and uncomfortable.

Our room was a suite with a kitchenette, living room with desk and internet access, a flat screen TV was present in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed with good lighting, large closet space and a view of the river as well. The bathroom was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries and had good lighting. The night time view from the room and balcony was beautiful and very romantic. The desk was in good condition and the chair was comfortable. The only drawbacks of our stay were the cracks in the laminate counter top which showed a declining level of quality and the mismatched, dated and uncomfortable furniture in the living room. We enjoyed our stay. read more

Sprctacular view of Edmonton's river valley.
Balcony window screen was bad. Only one hot chocolate pouch provided.

Room was actually a one bedroom suite with a kitchen, more than we expected. Very pleased!

The hotel was clean and it had a kitchen with dishes.

It was a nice place to stay in a very expensive town.

Clean, spacious room, friendly help from staff, and a good buffet breakfast.
Nothing
I can think of.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. It was clean, and had excellent Italian coffee in room - something I've not seen in many hotels who usually provide Nabob coffee. Their buffet breakfast was wonderful, offering a variety of items for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were helpful in suggesting restaurants & shopping in the area & helping me orient to the city and shopping available. read more
