Pillows were hard, bathroom old, refrigerator was very small, smelled, noisy and no continental breakfast.

It had a bed.
It was a dump. Ripped lamp shade in lobby, damaged tile in elevator.
A 3 star hotel with great views of the railroad tracks and the major highway. The mold in the bathroom made my wife sick.

The room and view were lovely, the hotel was very classy. The service was outstanding.
The bathroom sink was clogged.
My first impression of the hotel was incredible, which is always a good sign. The hotel itself was very nice, decorated quite elegantly. The staff was very helpful and amazingly friendly. The hotel did not smell like smoke, like others sometimes do. Also, the location was great. Restaurants and stores are nearby. The only thing that we were not happy with was that the sink was plugged up. There are also a few taxes that get tacked on that make the cost a bit more than listed. However, overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. read more

Internet/room size and cleanliness.
No microwave in room and charge for local calls.
Restaurant was very good and let us brings food to room. Staff was helpful and place was clean.
