Staff was very friendly, convenient to Ramblas and other sites.
No obvious vehicle access for the hotel from city streets.

This hotel has a very good staff, who were both friendly and helpful. They were very prompt in retrieving our our car when we departed.

Most of the rooms had balconies and the location was excellent, close to many attractions.
The hotel restaurant didn't open for dinner until 8:30 p.m.

I immediately felt welcomed when I arrived at the hotel; the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it easy to explore various attractions without having to travel a great distance. In short I was very pleased!

Location.

It's all about location. You can walk out the door and you are in the heart of Barcelona. The Cathedral is directly across the street - what a view! (Only construction kept it from being lit up). On Saturday evening and Sunday at noon, the locals gather in the spuare in front of the Cathedral to dance the Sardana - a Spanish dance. Sit on your balcony and enjoy!

The location was great. It was close to everything.

The location of this hotel was great. Walking distance to everything and easily accesible from public transportation from the airport. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. They spoke good English and were knowlegeale about the surrounding areas.

The location.

The hotel location was great but I was not impressed with the concierge staff - they could have been a bit more friendly for the amount of money that the hotel charges. When looking for dinner recommendations, we seemed to come up short handed as only 2 options were provided, neither which seemed appealing to us. However, the staff was very helpful when it came time for us to get a taxi to go back to the airport. I myself am in the hotel business so I may be a bit more critical than the average traveler but perhaps not. The rooms were of the quality I expected for a 4 star in Europe and the facility was clean. read more

Amenities, no view.

The hotel is in a great location in the center of the city, just a few blocks from the Rambla. In this regard it is excellent for leisure visits. Unfortunately my room completely lacked anything resembling a view, a real shame considering the location. The internet amenities are not acceptable esp. if you're in Barcelona for business. Otherwise great staff and reasonable accommodations. read more

No internet access in the room with laptop.

Wonderful hotel, with great location. If you are a first time Barcelona visitor, this would be an excellent choice of place to stay.

Nice, clean, location is excellent. Staff was great.
Double beds are pushed together rather than single queen or king size bed.
