Clean and comfortable.
Poor shower design. Floor would get completely wet every time you showered. Only one mirror in the entire room (rest room).

Very comfortable, clean, and was quiet.
No convenience shop or vending machines.

I have stayed here twice before. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. I am certain that I will stay here again

TOTALLY INACCESSIBLE POOL

Hotel was incredibly convenient right off the thruway and in the middle of many opportunities for visiting. Hotel staff was great except they did not see how easy it would have been to accommodate a person with their pool....when I called they said it was accessible but not with ladders and no steps. The room was small but accessible. The bathrooms were great!

The Colonnade is stylish and comfortable with personalized service.

We plan to return to the Colonnade as soon as possible. It is stylish, elegant, comfortable and clean. We received top of the line service from all employees. The roof top pool is not to be missed!

Very clean.
They charged $9 for
drink and the captions on the TV did not work, I am hard of hearing, so I could not take advantage of the TV.

Nice and clean and in a very good location.
Wouldn't let us check in until 3 pm which is not what the other hotels in the area usually do. Parking is also a had hit of $38 a day.

Hotel is nice and clean and in a great general vicinity. Hotel staff is not rude but really don't do out of their way.
When leaving the hotel their are 3 card swipes to get out of the garage. A hotel employee was standing right there and watch me use all 3 card swipes to finally get out of the garage. Overall good experience and like I said the hotel was kept clean. I also like the weight/exercise room on the fifth floor. read more
