Price.
Not well kept.
Price wise this was a deal, its a place to sleep no amenities really, free breakfast was really sparse, pool was clean but not appealing, rooms had many things wrong, clogged sinks, toilets don't flush, air conditioner didn't work well, and beds were real comfy though!

The good quality of the towels, soaps, and linens!
Thin pillows, thin continental breakfast, terrible quality of parking area/entrance.

The price was good for the value of the room.
The room was adequate and for the price pretty much what I expected. The location was easy to find and fairly convenient to everything I was going to. Breakfast was a little on the thin side, not even bagels. The staff was very friendly and I would stay there again.

Great location.
You could hear the noise above us, on the second floor.
Great for our purpose. Adequate breakfast, good service.

The location.
That you were asked to tip the cleaning staff.
It had the standard things.

Location and breakfast.
The price for 1 star and the carpets.
The location was perfect but with the price for this definite 1 star hotel was too much. The continental breakfast was great and staff was extremely friendly but the hotel needs new carpets and a general face lift. Overall, it served our needs; a pool for the children, great location and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

The front desk workers were helpful.
Fire alarm rang twice (false alarms) no fridge no micro poor housekeeping.
It served its purpose (clean bed to sleep in). Problems with housekeeping, no clean towels 2nd day, room not cleaned every day, forgot to leave coffee replacement packet.

Close to the restaurant where my son works.
Toilet paper was on the roll backwards.
The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting my oldest son. It is reasonably priced, allows pets (I occasionally travel with my dog) and has adequate, comfortable rooms. It is not luxurious, but that is not what this price point delivers. I would stay there again.

Poor lighting in room, pool closed.

Swimming was nice and warm.
The mattress was too soft.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I will stay here again in the future.
