Great location.
You could hear the noise above us, on the second floor.

Great for our purpose. Adequate breakfast, good service.

The location.
That you were asked to tip the cleaning staff.

It had the standard things.

Location and breakfast.
The price for 1 star and the carpets.

The location was perfect but with the price for this definite 1 star hotel was too much. The continental breakfast was great and staff was extremely friendly but the hotel needs new carpets and a general face lift. Overall, it served our needs; a pool for the children, great location and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

The front desk workers were helpful.
Fire alarm rang twice (false alarms) no fridge no micro poor housekeeping.

It served its purpose (clean bed to sleep in). Problems with housekeeping, no clean towels 2nd day, room not cleaned every day, forgot to leave coffee replacement packet.

Close to the restaurant where my son works.
Toilet paper was on the roll backwards.

The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting my oldest son. It is reasonably priced, allows pets (I occasionally travel with my dog) and has adequate, comfortable rooms. It is not luxurious, but that is not what this price point delivers. I would stay there again.

Free Wi-Fi, good location.
Poor lighting in room, pool closed.

Close to attractions, with friendly staff.

Swimming was nice and warm.
The mattress was too soft.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I will stay here again in the future.

Very friendly staff.
No hot tub.

Rooms were very small; pool was small although at nice temperature. Wish they had a hot tub. Continental breakfast hours were way too early and too short.

Best bed of our whole trip.
No light above clothes hanging area and the toilet had mold in it.

The gentleman who checked us in was nice and had a lot of info for us. However, when we got to our room, I was horrified to see the mold in the toilet bowl. That could have easily remedied by placing a bleach tablet in the tank. They came in to clean the room, but never touched the toilet. The good news was that the bed was the most comfortable we had in an 18-day trip.

The beds were comfy, the pool was great, the Belgium waffles were good.
No hot tub. Hallways were smoky.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were very comfy and the pool was great with no little kids screaming in our ears and splashing.
