no elevator for people that cannot climb stairs, refrigator did not work.

Was in a good location and the room was clean and comfortable. They need elevators to tranwport peole to second floor. Some senior travelers cannot climb stairs. Was suppose to be handicap room. Non smoking room and could not get it changed.

It was conveniently located off the interstate and situated near many chain restaurants.
I would have like to see a table with chairs to eat at.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My trip was of a bittersweet nature. I found the king-size bed to be very comfortable. The room was clean. The black-out drapes were an added benefit.

Not a thing.
Everything, the place was the worst hotel that I personally have spent a night.

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone with a family. The hotel was in need of major renovation, very overpriced. I was very disappointed.
