Clean and upscale.
Having to pay for parking.

This was an upscale hotel where you should tip all the help. Rooms were very large and staff were kind of snooty. Hated paying $20 a night for the parking but there was no other place to park. The street meters were all 2 hours. Otherwise, this would have been a great deal as it was pretty convenient.

It suited the needs I needed for my stay and the price was great.
TV didn't get good reception and the rooms are in need of renovation.

For the price and the different activities this hotel will suit your needs.

The rooms were comfortable, and somewhat clean.
The "bar" in the restaurant is actually a night club, and our first room had no AC.

I expected a decent place to stay according to what I read about the hotel, obviously didn't expect 5 stars, and I don't think we got close to one. The place is RUN-DOWN! The night club was scary just to walk past! We slept in a non air-conditioned room the first night. None of the vending machines worked. Not exactly a great neighborhood to stay near either.

The check-in and check-out processes were done in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism.
Finding the entrance to the hotel from the highway was difficult.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and though finding the entrance to the hotel area was semi-difficult. The location was surprisingly quiet and near several restaurants. My experience was overall very positive, and I would recommend this hotel highly.

We had no heat, it was broke. We froze all night. Whole place was filthy looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, cobwebs, hairs, dust, & bugs. Food & vomit all over hallway floor. Several ice machines were broke. TV remote was not for TV in room. Complimentary coffee room was completely trashed and just dirty. We were approached in parking lot to purchase drugs. Side door closest to our room has a broken lock, anyone could get in. Vending machines were non-functioning. Parking lot was very icy, not taken care of; a family member fell down on it. Overall very disappointed with hotel. Would never stay here nor recommended to a friend or family member. Needs a lot of work. read more

When we got in our car and left the hotel.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We would have slept better in our car. The place was dirty, didn't even have a TV in the room (apparently stolen), people banging on doors (which almost sounded like gunshots) all through the night. I would rate this hotel as less than poor. We didn't even want to attempt to eat at this facility.

Needs to be cleaner.

It was not what I had thought it was going to be when we got there, it smelled, it was not clean in the lobby and I saw no Jacuzzi (as appeared in the photo)Not a room where I waned to take my shoes off in but for 1 night it would have to do.
