Good location, near Metro and inexpensive.
Thin walls.
This is a good hotel for the price. The location was very convenient, near the metro station. The walls were a little thin, we could hear people in the hallways. I was satisfied with what I got for the price.

Location to downtown Montreal.
No hot tub or pool.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, hotel staff very helpful in helping us to get where we wanted to go, able to walk all over downtown area incl. Old Montreal.

The location was excellent, but there were many other hotels in the same area.
The staff was very rude and parking was expensive. Won't come back.

The price was good, parking was available and the staff was friendly.
The staff was a little slow at check in, but that could be because of the rude man in front of me. I was also extremely disappointed by the breakfast.
This was a great hotel for the price. Location was fairly central to the action of downtown and the staff was friendly.

Located in an undesirable area.
The hotel is rundown and tacky with minimal conveniences. The staff is helpful and attentive but this is the only positive attribute.

Location.
Cleanliness.
Not enough hotel staff. Room was dirty. Bed was the quality of a youth hostel. Unable to support the guests in a timely way.

The neighborhood is run down, as a drug clinic recently relocated to near the hotel, making the environment very uncomfortable. We were fearful .
The hotel may have been nice previously, but with a drug clinic recently moving in, the environment was unsafe. There were drifters hanging out in the parking lot, and all throughout the streets. We asked about security in the parking lot, but the hotel had none. we did not want to be outside after dark. Also, the hotel breakfast was terrible - old, dried out fruit and leftovers from many days. read more

Not much.
The bathroom was roped off and you were to climb over and go downstairs to use it. No dryer and no paper towel.
There was one man at the front desk who took an eternity to deal with a single customer in front of me. The whole hotel wreaked like pot, was in a bad part of town, the parking was on a first come first serve basis so I had to pay and park way down the street at a garage. Not happy at all.

Excellent location.
This hotel is very close to the famous St. Denis and St. Laurent districts and the University of Quebec at Montreal campus. The location is great. Convenient for a visit to Downtown Montreal, but do not expect luxury or perfection in any aspect of experience.
