Staff made my need for oxygen bottles very easy.
Nothing.

We flew in, rented a car and drove to the hotel. It is close to the airport and very easy to find. We had made arrangements with a local supplier for supplemental oxygen and equipment. We then drove on to our destination,spent a few days, drove back to the hotel, returned the oxygen equipment which the hotel staff held for the supplier to pick up. We then drove to the airport and caught a plane home. read more

convenient location to shopping and restaurants.
Bathroom needed more cleaning around floor edges.

It is reasonably priced and close to amenities in the S. Portland area. The wireless internet was a great feature. The bathroom floor around the edges could have been cleaner but it served the purpose of an overnight stay. The entrance was nicely decorated for the season and the coffee station was a wonderful feature.

Provided a shuttle/taxi service.
Shower head didn't work. We had to call the desk to send someone to fix it.

Basic, comfortable, and economy hotel.

The front desk clerk at check-in was confused and discomfort. The clerk that checked me out seemed to not care about what I was asking her.

Great location, clean, everything you need. In spite of my negative comments about the clerks, the girl who picked me up at the airport was very friendly and wouldn't accept a tip because she enjoyed being able to come get me.

Not much for frills but a nice clean quiet room.

All I was looking for was a clean and comfortable room. This place does not have a pool, fitness room, or any of those other things that I was not interested in paying extra for. What it did have was a pleasant staff, clean room with a nice bed and a reasonable continental breakfast.

Airport shuttle!

Very convenient and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Perfect for those one night stays before early flights. Convenient to many restaurants.
