Nothing. The maid was rude, the manager was worse.
I suppose when the maid blocked the hall with her carts and would not move, then yelled at me to get out of the way.

I am very disappointed with the hotel. What a terrible experience this was! I should not have to wait for three hours while the staff come in and out, trying to repair our television. Then when they moved us to the next room with a very bad attitude, I had to fix the plumbing in the sink. The next morning, as we were leaving the maid blocked the hallway, and when I asked her to please move one of the carts, she told me to go around! And I am sure that whatever she called me as I walked down the hall was not a nice word. read more

Cheap, safe and clean with good peeps.
Not romantic
I guess.

Loved the hotel, cheap , clean and safe, close to freeway and we were driving down to DC later, so it made sense to stay here. Close enough to everything and breakfast was amazing.

Very comfortable room with all accomodations.
One of the check in staff was very rude.

The room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfortable, elevator made traveling with an infant much easier, free internet, and continental breakfast was very good. The only problem we experienced was one member of the staff was not very polite.

Horrible service, dirty room with bed bugs, unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff of the surrounding area. I brought these things to the staff's attention and nothing was resolved.

Clean room and facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The location is not the greatest. Lots of road construction nearby and a hassle to get on freeway.

Decent place for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and the wireless internet a definite plus.

Incorporative staff.

Poor location, poor staff, poor food, poor/dirty room and they would not print me a receipt for business expenses.
