Easy access to Metro station with courtesy shuttle.
Rooms are too small with ants around.
The rooms were small and if a family travels with young kids it can feel claustrophobic. We saw some ants crawling on the bathroom wall. On the other hand the staff was very friendly and the shuttle service to-fro from the Metro station was excellent. Overall a fair stay for the price.

Functional tough to get there after limo stops running

This is a functional stay-get back before the limo stops-no cabs-need to cross 4 lanes to get there.

The hotel drivers were friendly and very good drivers..
Staff not helpful and things we requested not available.
This was the worst Comfort Inn we ever stayed in.. We spent 3 days there and our kids could not swim the whole time because they said there lifeguard went home. When we made reservations the main thing we looked for was pool. SO our kids spent time that we were not in Washington sitting in room very bored. Staff refused to give us roll away bed that we were told wopuld be there when we arrived .. Had to call the main branch which took hours to remedy the situation. We were told we would not be charged for it.. But the person who was at the desk charged us anyway.. We would not recommend this hotel or ever stay there again.. Very small rooms.
Rooms are very small. No closets, just a rack-by the time we got our luggage in, there was hardly room to walk.

It was convenient to the metro station.
Rooms very small and hotel was dated.
It was clean but not fancy. Very dated furniture (decorated in the early 90s and oddly as if I were in Florida) and rooms were very small - the smallest I've seen and I've stayed in NYC. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the shuttle drivers were very pleasant. I can't say it was the best hotel I've stayed at therefore, I did give it a mediocre rating but for the time I was in the room, it was fine. Wouldn't want to be there for more than 3 nights or take my family there for a vacation stay. read more

Convenient to major highway and subway system.
We were quite pleased with the overall quality of service, ease of getting around inside the hotel, cleanliness of the rooms and variety of food on the breakfast line.

They had a shuttle that dropped off and picked up from METRO station.
Noisy air conditioner, made it hard to sleep.
Good, but not great. Would stay here again, but I would bring ear plugs. Air conditioners was noisy.
