Comfort Inn And Suites At Stone Mountain

I enjoyed not being down rated because I requested a smoking room. I am not a chain smoker. However, I understand the caution because some people will destroy a room with cigarettes. My husband and I were on a trip to Florida and broke the trip up going and returning by staying at this hotel. Our reservations in Florida were made by another person at a very up-scale suite hotel. When we arrived we were very unsatisfied with the suite. We did temporarily go to another Comfort Inn hotel. We returned to the up-scale hotel the next day at the request of our friends in Florida. However, I cannot say that the hotel in Florida was any better than the hotel in Stone Mountain. read more

This hotel is clean. It is near the highway, easy access to our travels. The breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay there again. Employees are very helpful, some very friendly and outgoing. I was very comfortable staying there with my husband, my 19year old, and 4year old child. I have already recommended it to families and friends.

The location is good, the rooms were neat and clean.

At first I was very disappointed, not in a great location as far as ease to get to. I was expecting a hot tub, but they didn't. Did have a nice inside pool that was warm, but the towels are kept at the front desk, instead of the pool area. Also, I left my glasses, and when I called to retrieve them the person stated that they didn't have access to the lost and found, only the manager did. I've called five times, but then again it was my fault I left them in the first place. I will definitely stick with Marriott instead of going to another Comfort Inn. read more

This hotel was close to Stone Mountain and in a good location. The room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again.

The hotel was great and very close to Stone Mountain Park. The breakfast was great. The entrance and exit weren't very convenient.

Room was large. Bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was such that if you wanted to go east on the highway you had to travel about a mile in the other direction and then do a u-turn and come back. If you were heading east on the highway you had to go past the hotel, make a u-turn and come back. Very inconvenient.

This is one of the best hotel my wife, children and I have ever attend. I love the accommodations.

I did not like the air blowing on the bed. I had to pay more money to get another room because the room was too small. I will never stay in this hotel again and I would not recommend them.
