Location perfect, price a little expensive, but better than competition.
Room little small; price a little more than was hoping to spend.
Great location for people who want to be close to Michigan Avenue in Chicago. It's sort of a no-frills type hotel, but that works well for me. I was looking for a relatively affordable hotel, close to the Mag Mile. The price was a little more than I was hoping to spend, but still better than the competition.

This hotel was conveniently located to the places I needed to go. The room was very clean. The hotel was great. All that I expected.

Had to pay parking after they told me it was included. Rude when I checked in.
Lady trying to tell me to use this transmitter in my car, so I didn't have to pay parking, leave it in my car so I did not get charged, then when I checked out, they charged me for parking. I checked out at 4:15 in the morning, they told me I had to wait, there computers were not ready for check outs. I had an appointment to be at by 5:00 am. want too happy, room was very small, no refrigerator, I thought all hotels have small refrigerators in them now days. Just not a good experience. I would have spent more to get a better room. read more

Great location and the staff was helpful.
Access to parking garage was a little tricky, but nothing was horrible.
Rooms were smaller than average but nothing that would make it inconvenient. Staff was friendly and helped with directions. Rooms were clean and modern. Free continental breakfast was the usual.
