Hotel was right off the freeway. It was clean, quiet, friendly and perfect for traveling with a baby.
There was nothing to not like.

The hotel staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and smelled nice. It was also spacious to fit a pack-n-play in there with more to put stuff in the room. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice and warm. I would stay here again with my family.

Noisy rooms, unhelpful staff.

Though we prepaid the room through Priceline, the front office staff had no record of our reservation and refused us admission. Only after I complained and went to get my confirmation number did they look further and found my reservation in some separate file. This isn't priceline's fault--the hotel needs better office staff.

Great value!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Comfort Inn in Ann Arbor. I was traveling with two young children. My room had a small fridge and a microwave and that was very convenient. The breakfast has a good variety although the dining room is a bit small. Overall, a great value. Also excellent location right off 94.

Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Pool and hot tub area was not clean.

The non smoking room we had reeked so bad of stale cigarette smoke and we checked, there were no smoking rooms around us. The pool and hot tub area had a very nice appearance and atmosphere but everything was moldy and slimy, all the floors were wet and flooded. However I slept the best ever in the king bed. The mattress was so comfortable and the many small soft pillows on the bed were very comfortable as well. read more
