Comfort Inn Apple Valley

The room was nice,easy to get out in traffic from, breakfast was great, plenty of parking.

The hotel was extremely clean. The entire staff was not just very friendly, but also committed to customer satisfaction and comfort. Our room was large and spacious as well as very clean. The hotel interior and the grounds outside the hotel were very well kept. Pool areas, both indoor & outdoor were very clean and properly maintained. The continental breakfast offered in the morning is adequate and coffee & cider in the evenings adds a very nice touch. We will probably stay here again on our next visit to the Smokies. I only gave this hotel a 2.5 star rating in accordance with your rating system. However, our overall experience would certainly deserve a 5 star rating as we did not require all the services offered by a 5 star hotel. read more

We did not get to use the pool as our 2 days there was packed, but did eat breakfast, which was on the 2nd floor and it had the typical fruit, cereal, yogurt, waffles, biscuits gravy and juice and coffee. The breakfast room was larger than most, clean and well stocked. The room we had was a king bed with jacuzzi tub and pull out sofa. There was 2 TV's, one in front of the bed and the other in front of sofa. There were my husband, 5 yr old son and I and felt it was more than enough room for us. Also had a small fridge and microwave with 4 cup coffee pot (coffee provided) and cabinet to store pantry items and alarm clock. I believe 4 people could easily sleep in this room,but with only one bathroom, could become cramped in the mornings. We had plenty of towels and the bathroom was large enough with a small hairdryer, soap and shampoo provided. We were very happy with this hotel.

I have been to pigeon forge every year for last 30 years and this hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Had indoor corridors and was very peaceful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I would recommend anyone visiting this area to try this hotel.

For our purposes, the hotel was in a good location, very well priced for the time of year. Very clean and staff were friendly. Parking lot clean and well lighted. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

We were in a room that overlooked the river and it was nice to have coffee in the morning with a nice view like that. We will certainly stay in this hotel on our next visit to the area.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the accommodations were great and the price was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we really thought the continental breakfast was above our expectations.
