The location was terrific.
The areas in the hotel that had not been updated, like the hallways were a little dingy.

The hotel was not a 5 star resort, but I knew that when I booked the trip. The location was fabulous and that really was all I was looking for. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, bathrooms had obviously been updated and were nice as well. The living area left a little to be desired with just a small couch and a TV sitting on top of a dresser, but I wasn't there to sit in the room all day anyway. read more

I like the size of the room and the balcony.
The hotel did not have a hot tub and the shower was small.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. However, the couch bed was like sleeping on springs. I was disappointed that the pool did not face the ocean and there was no hot tub.

Fantastic location!!
The parking was tight. There was not enough spaces in the main lot.

Hotel was great for a weekend labor day vacation. Location was fantastic, view from the balcony was fantastic and the room was large and the beds comfortable.

Liked that it was remodeled and updated.
The pool area could use some updates

Since it's renovations, the hotel is much better, the rooms are updated, the bathroom is cleaner. The view is unbeatable as well as the location. The full size fridge was a big plus, as well as the microwave. Will come back here again!

Free breakfast and balcony suite facing the beach; located right on the beach.
The bathtub/shower flooring needs replacing, it was blackened with grim.

This hotel appeared to meet my expectations until I saw another Comfort Inn a block down the street which had a much better feel and look.

The view was amazing...right next to the main stage for nightly shows. Great location!
The elevator was EXTREMELY slow...used stairs almost all the time. Glad we were only on the 2 floor!

The hotel was very nice with the bedrooms seperate from the "living room". Great ocean view. Across the street from restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Pool wasn't open the entire time we were there. Elevator was the slowest that I have ever seen. Used stairs. I would return to this location!!

Amazing location next to outdoor music pavilion.
No shampoo provided.

At first glance, the hotel looks like a skeazy motel that has never been maintained. But inside our room, we were so impressed by how perfect everything was. We had two balconies, one balcony gave us front row seats to the outdoor music festival. There was plenty of room in the suite we booked and I will definitely be booking at this hotel again.
